If you are a student in a degree seeking - teacher preparation program you must complete the application to the Office of Teacher Education. If you have not completed the application, you cannot be fingerprinted. (http://teacher-education.uark.edu/admissions/index.php) LiveScan services are for those students completing educator licensure programs or entering a school district for the purposes of completing specific course requirements.
LiveScan fingerprinting appointments will be every Tuesday and Thursday from 1:30 to 4:30 in Grad Ed, office 338. Appointments will be in 15 minute increments. Please select from available dates by selecting a date on the calendar.

Arkansas Child Maltreatment Central Registry Records Check instructions:
The Child Maltreatment Central Registry background check is handled separately from the criminal history check. Payment is made by preprinted check or money order and mailed to the Department of Human Services by the Office of Teacher Education.
